Gender equality is a hot topic in today’s society, and it’s one that has been discussed for decades. Despite the progress that has been made, there is still a long way to go before true gender equality is achieved. The journey to gender equality is a complex one, and it requires a collective effort from all of us to make it happen.
The first step in the journey to gender equality is to recognize the systemic issues that are preventing it from being achieved.
